At BrandSomni, customer satisfaction is at the heart of our service. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a transparent and fair refund and return policy.

Eligibility for Refunds/Returns

You may request a refund or exchange if:

The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

You received the wrong product or size.

The item is returned within 3 days of delivery.

Conditions

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

A valid order receipt/proof of purchase is required.

Refunds will not apply to items that show signs of wear, misuse, or tampering.

For cosmetics, perfumes, undergarments, and hygiene-sensitive items, refunds are not possible unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Process

Contact our support team via info@brandsomni.com or WhatsApp.

Provide order number, reason, and pictures (if damaged/incorrect).

Ship the product back to our return address (courier charges may apply).

Once inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days (depending on bank/payment gateway).

Refund Method

For Cash on Delivery orders: Refund will be transferred to your bank account or via Easypaisa/JazzCash.

For online payments: Refund will be returned to the same payment method used.
